My passion for cooking—and especially bread—has been growing for years. For more than half a decade, I’ve been honing my craft, including training in Japan and learning the techniques and traditions behind the breads I love.

I’m proud to bring authentic Japanese breads to Canada, while adding a few of my own touches along the way. Everything is made from scratch, from our breads and pastries to the creams and anko that fill them, using high-quality ingredients sourced in Canada whenever possible.
